Activity: Consultancy

Description

Britten Pears Arts ThinkTanks are curated spaces for critical reflection and knowledge exchange, bringing together diverse voices to unpack complex themes shaping music and society within the inspiring environment of Britten Pears Arts.
This 24-hour immersive gathering will bring together musicians, researchers, composers, educators, neurodivergent artists, practitioners, and sector leaders to explore how music-making, learning, performance, and leadership can better reflect, support, and celebrate neurodiversity.
Across two days of conversation and reflective exchange. The ThinkTank will prioritise lived experience alongside research and professional insight, creating a supportive environment for deep listening, open dialogue, and collective inquiry. Rather than seeking definitive answers, the gathering aims to surface new perspectives, challenge assumptions, and seed future collaborations, research, and practice. This initiative builds on rich conversations and research already underway, and we believe your perspective would significantly shape its direction and impact.
